Hannah
Trainer Biography

Founder & Lead Cat Grooming Trainer
Hannah is the founder of the Australian School of Cat Grooming and a highly experienced professional cat groomer with a strong reputation for excellence, safety, and feline welfare. She holds a Bachelor of Biological Science, majoring in Zoology, providing a strong scientific foundation in animal anatomy, physiology, and behaviour.
She is qualified with a Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services, specialising in Grooming, and also holds a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training, knowledge she has successfully adapted and applied to feline behaviour, handling, and low-stress grooming techniques. As the owner of four successful grooming salons, Hannah brings extensive real-world experience across salon operations, staff training, and business management.
Hannah has over a decade of experience teaching and mentoring new groomers and has trained more than 100 students, many of whom have gone on to establish their own successful grooming businesses or build long-term careers in the pet care industry. She has also worked professionally in the United States for one year, gaining valuable international experience and exposure to global grooming techniques, standards, and salon practices, which she now incorporates into her training programs.
Her teaching style is practical, structured, and supportive, ensuring students graduate with real-world skills, professional confidence, and a strong understanding of ethical, low-stress grooming practices aligned with Australian industry standards.

Grace
Practical Cat Grooming Trainer
Grace specialises in hands-on instruction, ensuring students gain confidence working with a
wide range of coat types, temperaments, and grooming scenarios. Her teaching style is
supportive and structured, helping students develop efficiency, confidence, and professional
grooming routines suited to real-world grooming environments.

Tatiana
Senior Cat Groomer
Tatiana is a highly experienced senior cat groomer with over 15 years of professional cat grooming experience gained across Colombia and Australia. Her extensive international background has given her a deep understanding of a wide range of grooming styles, techniques, and feline temperaments.
Tatiana specialises in working with problem cats, aggressive cats, and cats that are difficult to handle, bringing patience, confidence, and advanced handling skills to every grooming session. Her expertise in managing high-stress and challenging grooming situations allows students to learn effective, humane techniques for safely grooming cats that require extra care and experience.
Within the Australian School of Cat Grooming, Tatiana plays a vital role in mentoring students on advanced handling, behaviour-aware grooming, and safety-first practices, helping groomers build confidence when working with even the most challenging feline clients.
